Privacy Policy

This policy explains how VedasMind ("we") handles personal data on vedasmind.com. It is written to meet India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and its Rules. We have designed this website to collect as little as possible.

What we collect

Nothing through the website itself. The site has no sign-up, no forms, no comments, no advertising, and no analytics or tracking cookies. It loads no third-party scripts, fonts or trackers.

Technical logs at our hosting provider. The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it from attacks, and may set strictly necessary security cookies. We do not use these logs to identify anyone. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Email you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and what you write. We use it only to reply, and we delete it when it is no longer needed, normally within 12 months.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent or share personal data for marketing, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

Social media

When you visit our pages on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn or other platforms, those platforms' own privacy policies apply.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct, update or erase personal data we hold about you, withdraw consent, or nominate another person to exercise these rights. Write to privacy@vedasmind.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and in any case within the period the law requires. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

Security

The site is served only over encrypted HTTPS with modern security headers.

Changes

If we start collecting any new data (for example, a newsletter), we will update this policy before doing so and change the date above.
